Alpaca World began it’s operation in 2017, and currently is the largest Alpaca ranch in Gangwon region in South Korea. Gangwon-do is a mountain filled province near Seoul areas. Alpaca World is a heaven for animal lovers and great place to have a sweet short escape with family and kids.

While most of the zoo only give you the opportunity to feed the animal from either car or outside their cage, this alpaca world is actually allows visitors to interact and shepherd them. You can lead the way and walk together with the lovely Alpaca, with only KRW 10,000 fees.

Other than walk together with Alpaca, you can also feed them yourself, which is actually the most favourite activity for most kids when they visit the zoo.

You can get a cup of alpaca food by buying their ‘Paca Coins’ for KRW 1,000 in the vending machine using cash.

Alpaca World also offer visitors Alpaca Safari Ride, where visitor can go around the alpaca world on a train as you feed the alpacas for only KRW 3,000.

If you are not a huge alpaca lovers, don’t worry, because alpaca world also have another animals where you can engage with, such as deers, fennec fox, rabbit and capybaras.

Another favourite experience they offer here is bird feeding, where you can grab a cup of bird feed for KRW 1,000 and let the bird come all around you to eat the food.
